Managing Your Account on Our Store

Once you’ve created an account, you can easily manage your details, track orders, and update your preferences. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate your account settings.

1. Accessing Your Account

To manage your account, follow these steps:

📌 On Desktop:
1️⃣ Click on the “Account” icon (👤) in the top-right corner.
2️⃣ Enter your email and password to log in.

📌 On Mobile:
1️⃣ Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
2️⃣ Scroll down and tap “Log In” or “My Account.”
3️⃣ Enter your details and tap “Sign In.”


2. Updating Your Personal Information

You can edit your name, email, or phone number at any time.

📌 Steps to Update:
1️⃣ Log in to your account.
2️⃣ Click “Profile” or “Account Details.”
3️⃣ Edit your name, email, or phone number.
4️⃣ Click “Save Changes.”

Tip: If you update your email, you may need to verify the new one.


3. Changing Your Password

For security, it’s good to update your password regularly.

📌 Steps to Change Password:
1️⃣ Log in to your account.
2️⃣ Go to “Account Settings.”
3️⃣ Click “Change Password.”
4️⃣ Enter your current password and new password.
5️⃣ Click “Save” to confirm the change.

📌 Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions.


4. Managing Your Addresses

Save multiple addresses to make checkout faster.

📌 How to Add or Edit an Address:
1️⃣ Go to “My Account” → “Address Book.”
2️⃣ Click “Add New Address” or select an existing one to edit.
3️⃣ Enter or update your shipping details.
4️⃣ Click “Save.”

📌 Tip: Set a default address to speed up future checkouts.


5. Viewing Order History & Tracking Orders

Keep track of your past and current orders in your account.

📌 To View Orders:
1️⃣ Log in and go to “My Orders” or “Order History.”
2️⃣ Click on an order to see its details, status, and tracking information.

🔎 Order Status Types:
Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it.
Shipped: Your order is on the way (tracking info available).
Delivered: Your order has arrived.

Tip: If you didn’t create an account before purchasing, check your order status via the tracking link in your email.


6. Managing Wishlist (If Available)

Save your favorite items for later with the wishlist feature.

📌 To Add Products to Wishlist:
1️⃣ Click on the heart icon ❤️ next to a product.
2️⃣ Access your wishlist under “My Account” → “Wishlist.”
3️⃣ Click on an item to add it to your cart when ready to buy.

📌 Tip: Some products may sell out quickly, so check back often!


7. Managing Newsletter Subscriptions

Get exclusive discounts and updates by subscribing to our newsletter.

📌 To Subscribe/Unsubscribe:
1️⃣ Go to “My Account” → “Email Preferences.”
2️⃣ Toggle newsletter on/off.
3️⃣ Click “Save Changes.”

📌 Tip: We never spam, and you can unsubscribe anytime!


8. Deleting Your Account

If you no longer wish to keep an account, you can request account deletion.

📌 To Delete Your Account:
1️⃣ Contact customer support via our Contact Us page.
2️⃣ Provide your registered email and reason for deletion.
3️⃣ Your account will be permanently deleted, and all data removed.

⚠️ Note: Deleting your account will erase order history and saved addresses.
