How to Initiate a Return

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, initiating a return is easy. Follow the steps below to get started with returning your items.


1. Check Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and has all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or personalized items (e.g., engraved jewelry) are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

3. Receive Return Instructions

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the following:

  • Return Authorization Number (RAN): This is important to include when sending the item back.
  • Return Shipping Instructions: Detailed guidelines on how to send the product back to us.
  • Return Shipping Label (if applicable): In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label (if the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item).
